I acknowledge that you are the outlier in this, but I was under the impression that alcohol is a tool used to celebrate a happy event or distract from an unpleasant one. Especially considering the quantity.

Is it because you need such volume to get yourself and Alizarin drunk?

He's taking care of everyone while she's chugging down magic booze just so she can maybe act like an actual person. ]

[ This is not a kindness. This is to minimize Venti's complaints and torment him at the same time under the guise of being a gentleman. ]

It takes six hours to prepare, so if I do not start it now, it will not be ready for when people being to feel the effects.

Not do I think people will be coherent enough to consider potential hangover remedies by that point.

Yes, a sobering tea that reduces the effective of hangovers. It does, however, take a fair amount of time to brew, so it's best to prepare earlier rather than later.
